Ingredients
  1. 4-6 peaches or apricots
  2. 50g  half salted butter
Instructions
  1. Pre heat the oven 180C/ Gas 5
  2. Cut the fruits in halves and take the stones out
  3. Butter a gratin dish and lay the fruits closely together
  4. Place a knob of butter on top of each half
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes till the juice comes out of the fruits
  6. Serve with roasted pistachios and a pistachio ice-cream
