Ingredients
- 4-6 peaches or apricots
- 50g half salted butter
Instructions
- Pre heat the oven 180C/ Gas 5
- Cut the fruits in halves and take the stones out
- Butter a gratin dish and lay the fruits closely together
- Place a knob of butter on top of each half
- Bake for 15-20 minutes till the juice comes out of the fruits
- Serve with roasted pistachios and a pistachio ice-cream
