Ingredients
- 2 large tomatoes
- 180g tin of tuna in olive oil
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp spring onions chopped
- 1 tbsp capers finely chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh herbs chopped - parsley, chives, dill…
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Cut off the heads of the tomatoes and remove the seeds
- In a small bowl, mix together tuna, mayonnaise, onions, capers, herbs.
- Season well and fill the tomatoes with the mixture.
- Replace the tops or put on the side.
- Serve with crunchy bread and a glass of dry white wine
