Ingredients
  1. 2 large tomatoes
  2. 180g  tin of tuna in olive oil
  3. 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  4. 2 tbsp spring onions chopped
  5. 1 tbsp capers finely chopped
  6. 1 tbsp fresh herbs chopped - parsley, chives, dill…
  7. Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
  1. Cut off the heads of the tomatoes and remove the seeds
  2. In a small bowl, mix together tuna, mayonnaise, onions, capers, herbs.
  3. Season well and fill the tomatoes with the mixture.
  4. Replace the tops or put on the side.
  5. Serve with crunchy bread and a glass of dry white wine
