For each serving
- Leftover Christmas Pudding
- The juice of 1⁄2 orange
- 10g of unsalted butter
- A scoop of vanilla ice cream
- Teaspoon of brandy
- 1 slice of orange for decoration
Instructions
- In a hot pan, melt the butter to warm up leftover Christmas Pudding.
- Squeeze into it the orange juice, add the brandy and flambé.
- In individual glasses drop a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
- Pour over the warm Christmas Pudding and its juice.
- Decorate with a slice of orange across the glass.
