Ingredients
- 1 camembert
- 400g puff pastry
- 4 apples
- 40g unsalted butter
- 1 tsp caster sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven 180C/gas 4
- Peel and cut the apples in thick slices
- In frying pan, cook the apple in the butter, sprinkle the sugar over
- Place a baking sheet in the bottom of a tart dish
- Spread the apples over and slices of camembert
- Cover with the puff pastry
- Cook for 20 minutes until the crust is golden
Notes
- Serve warm with a green salad… and a glass of dry cider.
