Ingredients
- 4 Golden Delicious apples
- 4 tbsp leftovers Christmas pudding
- 2 tbsp of butter
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp of Calvados [optional]
Instructions
- Pre heat oven 200C/Gas 6
- PeelĀ and core the apples
- Stuff each apple with a spoon of Christmas pudding
- Arrange them tightly in a buttered baking dish
- Place a knob of butter on top of each apple and dust with sugar
- Cook for 20 minutes, making sure you spoon over the juice a couple of times
- Take out the apples and place in individual glasses. Add the Calvados to the sweet juice and poor over each apple.
