Ingredients
- 10 oranges
- 3 lemons thinly sliced
- 1 litre red wine
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 2 cloves
- 500g caster sugar
- Mint leaves for decoration
Instructions
- Peel the oranges and divide into segments. Reserve.
- Put the red wine, cinnamon, cloves, sugar and lemons in a saucepan and heat to boiling point.
- Remove from the heat and add orange segments. Let it cool.
- Place in a large bowl and leave overnight in the refrigerator.
- Serve very cold, in individual bowls and garnish with mint leaves.
