Fruit Punch
- 700ml pineapple juice
- 200ml lime cordial
- 500ml bitter lemon
- Grated rind and juice of 1 lemon
- 1 lemon juice cut into slices, for decoration
- 50g icing sugar
- Stir the icing sugar into the pineapple and lemon juices and the cordial.
- Chill until serving.
- Add the bitter lemon, ice cubes, lime slices and some strawberries or raspberries for decoration.
