Ingredients
  1. 10 oranges
  2. 3 lemons thinly sliced
  3. 1 litre red wine
  4. 2 cinnamon sticks
  5. 2 cloves
  6. 500g caster sugar
  7. Mint leaves for decoration
Instructions
  1. Peel the oranges and divide into segments. Reserve.
  2. Put the red wine, cinnamon, cloves, sugar and lemons in a saucepan and heat to boiling point.
  3. Remove from the heat and add orange segments. Let it cool.
  4. Place in a large bowl and leave overnight in the refrigerator.
  5. Serve very cold, in individual bowls and garnish with mint leaves.
