Honey and Mustard Sausages

- 24 cocktail sausages
- 2 tbsp clear honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp wholegrain mustard
- Sesame seeds for decoration
- Preheat oven 200C/ Gas 6
- Place the sausages on a baking tray
- Cover with the oil and toss well
- Roast for 15 minutes until brown
- In a small bowl, mix together the honey and mustard and drizzle over the sausages
- Make sure they are well coated
- Return to the oven for another 10 minutes, turning them half way
- Serve sprinkled with sesame seeds
